PROFILE

Prior to joining DMGZ in 2005, Mr. Zeman clerked for the Honorable Stephanie Joannides at the Superior Court in Anchorage where he worked on domestic, criminal, civil and administrative appeals cases. Mr. Zeman also served as a trained mediator for small claims matters in the Anchorage District Court.

PRACTICE EXPERIENCE

Mr. Zeman focused his legal studies on international business law and worked as a limited license attorney for the Gonzaga Center for Law and Justice. Mr. Zeman also studied law at the University Of Buenos Aires School Of Law in Buenos Aires, Argentina where his curriculum focused primarily on international law. Mr. Zeman is fluent in Spanish.  Mr. Zeman’s practice areas include litigation, general commercial and business matters, and estate planning.

During his tenure with the firm, Mr. Zeman has been involved in many complex litigation matters and obtained favorable results for his clients through mediation or resolution at trial.  Mr. Zeman has also been actively involved with corporate clients, assisting them with general business matters and corporate compliance.  In addition to his litigation and business work, Mr. Zeman has assisted many individuals and families with their estate planning needs and has also handled many probate cases.
