    Patrick G. Carnahan

    PROFILE

    During his tenure with the firm, Mr. Carnahan has devoted the majority of his time to practice in the field of workers' compensation defense. Utilizing his familiarity with medical resources and computer databases to augment his participation in cases, Mr. Carnahan handles all aspects of claims from initial client contact to preparation for administrative hearing. Developing an expertise in medical records analysis has allowed Mr. Carnahan the opportunity to present a seminar for fellow paralegals on the topic. In addition, Mr. Carnahan participates on behalf of clients at the bankruptcy court and supports attorneys in litigation cases.

    Karen A. Webster

    PROFILE

    Ms. Webster's expertise and broad, in-depth knowledge of information technology, combined with her paralegal skills, serve our clients well in a variety of legal areas, including electronic discovery in litigation. Ms. Webster works cooperatively with parties in order to facilitate the completion of all tasks essential to orderly and efficient case management and trial.

    PRACTICE EXPERIENCE

    Karen Webster joined the DeLisio Moran litigation team in January 2008. For nearly her entire 20-year work life, Ms. Webster supported the Anchorage office of a Seattle-based law firm and also served on numerous special projects for that firm as a whole in the multi-faceted area of information technology. Initially involved with the Exxon Valdez oil spill litigation, Ms. Webster worked closely with attorneys and clients on large database management of State of Alaska evidence. Her experience was then broadened over the years to include knowledge of and technical support for end users on various software functions (“off the shelf” as well as “in-house” customizations) on a variety of applications (Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, CaseMap, TimeMap, CaseLogistix, Concordance, Summation).
